Producer of oysters and mussels in the lagoon of Thau, I invite you to come and taste my products on a terrace above the lagoon. My speciality is oysters, raw with lemon or shallot vinegar, if you prefer cooked oyster try them gratinated. For mussels, it's up to you to choose between gratinated and brasucade, a regional speciality of mussels cooked in a bonfire and accompanied by a sauce made from wild herbs and white wines. You can accompany your shellfish with a selection of regional wines: Picpoul, Muscat dry or sweet and Rosé
