Elisabeth Biscarrat, winner of Masterchef cooking show in 2011, opened his shop dedicated to macaroons and Petits Choux. The flavours change every month according to the seasons and desires of the team. The pastries are made on site with seasonal products. Elisabeth also dispenses pastries courses.
