“At Catxo, we show the desire and the need to offeran authentic cuisine, marked by the seasons and creativity” Since February 2020, Fermin and Cécile have taken over the former Bistrot Ozenne to imagine its new outlines: Japanese-style bar in black granite for comfortable seating, wicker chairs, antique lighting, custom benches made by craftsmen. Exposed bricks, marble tables and a cozy universe for this setting just a stone's throw from the Carmes where it is good to live and eat... From his Argentinian origins, the chef picks up South American accents but also draws on Asian and, of course, French flavors. In pretty natural sandstone plates shaped by Cécilia, Fermin's mother, the chef uses his magic. Catxo's cuisine is worked, tasty, refined with several options to satisfy the large clientele of the place: meat, fish and always a thoughtful and tasty vegetarian option.
