The cellar "The Passion" is a story of friendship, expertise and passion. We wanted to create a unique place to live in Toulouse, dedicated to the great wines and gastronomy! It's in our kitchen market (Fresh produce, raw and quality) and our rigorous selection and expert of the largest independent wine, you will find the love and passion of our businesses. David, former Head Sommelier at Puits Saint Jacques, has the pleasure to welcome you to the cellar and offer you his best blows of heart. He has selected more than 800 references of all the wines tasted during his last ten years where he visited the entire French vineyard. In the kitchen, the creation of the map is provided by Paul Epicurean at heart and passion for good products. Its cuisine is inspired by seasonal produce, proximity of partners and its years of experience where he rubbed shoulders with stars of chefs in France and abroad.
