Terre Bretonne welcomes you in a warm atmosphere to enjoy, in the pure tradition of southern Finistère, his thin buckwheat galettes and crêpes. You can eat in our room where we built a comfortable and pleasant space, or our flowered and green terrace, during summer or when the weather permits. Located at the entrance of Blagnac, the creperie is open from Tuesday evening to Sunday evening, for lunch and diner. It's when participating to a exciting crêpier training in Pentrez / Saint Nic (29550) in Brittany, that this passion for buckwheat galettes and Breton wheat crêpes is born Our buckwheat flour is made by an artisan miller, in Pont L'Abbe in Brittany and is stamped "Product of Britain". It is guaranteed glutenfree. Our cider, Cider Artisanal Kerné from Pouldreuzic in the Finistère, is awarded annually to the agricultural show, and has been rewarded in 2014 with the Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole. Our ingredients are also those traditionally encountered in Britain in the buckwheat galettes, ham, egg, cheese, Andouille de Guéméné (gut sausage), fried onions, ... Our wheat pancakes, besides the usual sweet ingredients, you can also discover our homemade salted butter caramel, homemade chocolate, linden honey, cinnamon, lemon, our butter baked apples ...
