The cottage consists of a ground floor accessible to all types of disabilities (PMR, auditory, visual, mental), a floor and an annex with the pool heated all year (6.5x4.5m and depth 1,50m). The enclosed garden, includes a parking for 4 people, a swing, a terrace of full foot with the kitchen and the swimming pool with living rooms of garden, barbecue, deckchairs and chiliennes. The beds are modular: single or twin beds (160). A folding baby cot and a high chair can be made available on request. Ground floor house (accessible PMR): Entrance with cupboard, bedroom "CHINON" (sleeps 2) and room "LANGEAIS" (sleeps 2), serving a bathroom / WC PMR, lounge, WC, bar with babyfoot, fully equipped kitchen / dining room, hallway with closet and access to the pool. 1st floor house: Separate toilet, room "AZAY LE RIDEAU" (sleeps 2) and room "ISLETTE" (sleeps 2) serving a bathroom, suite "RIGNY USSE" (sleeps 2, a bathroom and a toilet), lounge with 1 sleeping / playroom, family suite "VILLANDRY" (sleeps 4), a bathroom and a toilet).
