Located in the historic heart of Tours, Pascal Rieu produces classic or contemporary stained glass windows and creates original works from the art of stained glass. A graduate of a Graphic Arts school and now holder of the Artisan d'Art label, he gives an important place to painting (enamels and grisailles) in original and contemporary creations with very graphic final rendering. His compositions, intended for interior decoration, are colorful but without excess: a dominant color associated with one or two complementary colors. Simple shaped pieces of glass and a light lead network highlight the subject. Glass cutting, shaping, painting on glass, setting: each piece is entirely made by hand and made using traditional techniques. Finally, for all those who wish to learn about stained glass, his workshop offers individual or group lessons.
