Independent chalet 80 m2, 3 Rooms: one bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bed, one bedroom with 2 places90, a mezzanine with sofa bed and television, a large common room with kitchen and dining room (microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), terrace with view of the mountains of Auvergne, electric heating, non-fenced plot. - Very quiet location, many walking or mountain biking circuits, shops, doctor, pharmacy in Sornac (9 km) - in summer, pond for swimming in Sornac, in winter we are 1 hour 30 minutes from the Monts d`Aververgne - you will be in the countryside, surrounded by animals (dogs, cats, ponies, dwarf rabbits - pets accepted - weekly rental or at your convenience with a minimum of 3 days: € 50 per night, € 350 per week
