Marie-Ange and Eric New owner since july 2014, will be pleased to welcome you in "La Grande terre", old farmhouse of the eighteenth century located in the town of Upie in the plain of Valence. La Grande Terre is a very quiet and pleasant place 1.5 Ha of greenery, with a pool. All the conditions are gathered to enjoy a relaxing stay in a warm and friendly setting. You will find there, child indoor and outdoor games, petanque game, table tennis and a private car park very close to the rooms. A large lounge is at your disposal at any time. You will find there, reading, games, TV, sitting area, tea, coffee and biscuit that Marie-Ange likes to cook. In summer the large swimming pool is ideal for a moment of relaxation and freshness or lazing on the deck. You can stay in one of our three comfortable and spacious rooms (Lavande, Olivier, Tournesol), completely renovated with private entrance, bathroom and private toilets.
