The majestic Château de la Ferté-Imbault which is located in Sologne, in the Loire Valley, is the largest brick château in the region, and one of the oldest. Its architecture is unique because it was built on two terraces. The Renaissance and Louis XIII facades are reflected in the immense moats surrounding the building. Its history, which began in 980, is fascinating. Guided tours are organised everyday during the summer period at 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., except on Tuesdays. You can book your tickets online, on our website, or if you prefer, simply arrive just before the visit. The ticket price is 10 Euros per adult, 8 Euros for children between 7 and 12 years old, and free for children under 7 years old.
