The Wesertalsperre visitor center offers a wonderful view of the Eupener reservoir and the surrounding forest landscape on a hill directly on the banks of the dam. The visitor center is an ideal destination for families with children as well as for adventurers or anyone who just wants to relax. Cyclists and hikers who explore the cycle and hiking network around the reservoir are also welcome guests. The terrace with "lake view" invites you to enjoy the sunny summer days. Parents can always keep an eye on their playing children from this terrace: the playground is suitable for children of all ages: there is something for everyone. Open from November to March on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. From April to October on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Monday is closed in bad weather). Open 7 days a week in July and August.
