The Ansbacher Gasthaus "Zum Mohren" stands for the Franconian host family tradition. The furnishing of the rooms spreads cosiness with a homely accent. The traditional menu is characterized by hearty delicacies such as Schäufele with potato dumpling, Ansbacher Sausages and an extensive beer selection. Another specialty of the house is the "Mohrentöpfchen": Pork fillet slices in mustard cream sauce with pickled cucumber, onions and mushrooms, broccoli and fried pretzel hemp. A daily changing menu and seasonal dishes round out the offer. In addition to the large restaurant with 50 seats, our Stadtmauerstube with 60 seats is available for private companies or bus and travel groups. The rustic beer cellar can also be rented for private events. And in the summer, guests will find one of the most beautiful beer gardens in Ansbach.
