Bus stop and supermarket are nearby. 50 m² perfectly equipped and nicely furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious shower with rain showers. You will sleep well in the box spring bed 1.8 × 2 m. You also have a pretty, sunny courtyard at your sole disposal. A reserved parking space at no extra cost is right outside the door.
