Since 1921, the Scheibel distillery has been dedicated to the creation of fine fruit brandies. The distillery skilfully maintains the balance between traditional methods and modern distillation technology: long-standing distilling wisdom, craftsmanship and visionary processes combine to create the expertise for the finest and unique distillates. The company location in Kappelrodeck in the Black Forest has a positive effect on production because the majority of the fruit comes from Baden and can be processed ripe and fresh after the harvest. The rapid processing, short transport routes and regional ties give the fruit brandies a distinctive character, rich aroma and authenticity. Whether Williams pear, apricot, quince, mirabelle plum or another distillate in the range: each brandy is a masterful composition and stands on its own.
