Our restaurant is renowned for its wide range of freshly prepared Franconian specialties and international dishes. Especially our fish dishes enjoy an excellent reputation. The freshwater fish are taken from our own aquarium. Our restaurant has repeatedly gained awards in the competition "Bavarian cuisine", where great importance is attached to the use of regional ingredients, skilful and tasty preparation, a fine decoration and a friendly and competent service. We are very proud of this award!
