Brammibal’s Donuts was founded in the beginning of 2015 to bring good quality donuts to Berlin. After selling out early on different markets and events for about a year, we’ve decided it was time to quit our jobs to open Europe’s first all vegan donut shop in May 2016. We are driven by the motivation to offer a good and honest alternative to industrially made donuts. All our donuts are made fresh by our bakers in our central bakery using only high quality ingredients. Besides a standard range of 6 classic donuts we rotate our flavors monthly to keep it as seasonal and fun as possible. And since we’re a certified bakery, we also make cakes and other baked goods for individual orders! We work closely together with our neighbours in Populus Coffee, a specialty roastery that focuses on building strong relationships with their coffee farmers.
