Guido and Angelika have created "Cuore di Vetro" (Heart of Glass, in honor of Werner Herzog's movie "Herz aus Glas" ), as a representation and fulfillment of their passion for Delicatessen, Ice-cream , traditional Italian Cafeteria, and culture. "Cuore di Vetro" has a real heart of glass: through which people can be hypnotized by the creation of fresh ice creams, made with love, and selected products ( Organic Milk, Pistacchio di Bronte, Nocciola Piemontese, fresh seasonal fruits...). Another delicious adventure people can live inside "Cuore di Vetro" is to try the Antipasti dishes: a selection of the best Italian hams, salami and cheeses (organic or Slow Food Certified). All of this served with handmade bread and pesto and particular marmalades.
