Family owned by the owner and his family with a focus on fish (own fishing), as well as lamb meat and game in the small frame (own sheep-breeding), Hunter in the House. All offered freshwater fish as well as Laemmer and the game are brought here on the farm, freshly processed and on the table. Sea fish from MSC certified suppliers from Bremen and Hamburg.
