Small, individual accomodation with personal atmosphere established on a floor of a building from the time aroun 1900. Central position close to the subway station "Sophie-Charlotte-Platz", as well as the S-Bahn Station "ICC/Messe Nord". The Fairground (Messe Berlin) and the congress center City Cube are in walking distance. The "western city center" with the "Kurfürstendamm" is only four subway stations away. Opposite our house you find the small lake Lietzensee with its park which invites for jogging, walking and relaxing. All rooms are equipped with a fridge, TV, telephone and hairdryer. All double rooms have ensuite bathroom. For our guests we provide a mikrowave, a coffee machine, a kettle, coffee, tea, milk, cereals free of charge in the common room.
