Opening a business is easy. It's hard to keep open, and we've been doing so since 1988. We deliberately built an open kitchen and wanted to be seen preparing their food in front of their eyes and without camouflage, so we had nothing to hide. Our first menu still hangs as a memorial, "cucina come mamma" of Taormina (Sicily), and we were among the first to open a self-service shop with a very home-style concept and prices.
