Probably the most beautiful lakeside terrace in Havelland gives the restaurant its name. The sensitively restored former poultry house is the perfect place to enjoy and relax, located directly next to the historic park and idyllic lake. In addition to 30 conference salons and 300 hotel rooms, the Seeterrassen restaurant is part of the Landgut building ensemble, which has been painstakingly, faithfully and sensitively rebuilt and renovated from its original ruinous state. Michael Stober had this vision when he first saw the dilapidated red brick buildings on Lake Groß Behnitz in 2000. With a lot of dedication, heart and sweat, it became reality - the beginning of the new present of Landgut Stober. Our kitchen team focuses on seasonal dishes with products from the Mark Brandenburg region - preferably organic. Market-fresh products, a good relationship with small producers and meat from animals that graze on the pastures around the corner.
