The house is winter fine. It is warm and cozy for the quiet time. The lambskins and the fireplace create a romantic atmosphere and the cozy, fluffy pillows do the rest. Cute wooden house right on Lake Neubäuer, approx. 100 m to the water. Spend cozy evenings on the sunny terrace with a view of the lake. If the sun means it too well, an awning protects. A Weber kettle grill makes the pleasure perfect. The house is romantically heated with a wood-burning stove and was newly furnished in 2017. It has a cozy living-dining area, modern kitchen, bathroom with large rainforest shower, a 2-bed bedroom and a bedroom with a pull-out day bed. The house is located in a former ADAC holiday complex in a beautiful natural forest area. Dogs are welcome, but please consider other people's needs and keep your pets on a leash outside the home.
