Special Culinary Notes ... are served at our restaurant ,,Vier Jahreszeiten". Your day at the Strandhotel Duhnen starts with a large breakfast buffet and a view across the Wadden Sea (mud-flats). For half-board you select between five main meals, which change daily, incl. buffets, meals, wellness and bio-food or vegetarian meals. Banquet events or family celebrations and special events can be held in a beautiful ambience. The philosophy of our cuisine is to use meals made from fresh, local products as well as fine creations from the international cuisine. Bon appétit! Gluten or lactose intolerance are not foreign words for us. For our hotel guests with intolerances we constantly keep our buffet breakfast on a lactose selection of cold meats, cheese, yogurt, milk and cream cheese ready. Even with our jams, we make sure that they are suitable for incompatibilities. In addition, we also like to vote in special cases, the food personally with you.
