About

The youth hostel "Rudi Arndt" is the oldest youth hostel in Dresden and is located in the middle of the Dresdner Südvorstadt directly in the Swiss quarter. In 2016/2017, the 1914/1915 built villa was completely renovated inside. In addition to new showers and toilets on the floors, some rooms have their own bathrooms now. Despite the quiet location, the city center with all its attractions is not far away and also within walking distance. The simply appointed house has 21 rooms with 1 to 5 beds as well as various common rooms. In our small garden we offer a table tennis and roofed seatings. As a small house with well-trained staff we can respond individually to the wishes of our guests. The simple equipment is compensated with comfort, tasty, self-prepared food and friendliness. City maps and line network plans are available free of charge as well as information about sights and attractions in and around Dresden.
