The AnnA restaurant is an urban restaurant with a stylish ambience. Here you can enjoy uncomplicated cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Head chef Johannes Wallner is the godfather of the gastronomy concept: with his team he creates authentic dishes from fresh regional products: whether it's trout from Sättelstädt, goat's cream cheese from Creuzburg or saffron from Altenburg - Wallner creatively combines exquisite products from Thuringian producers with international influences. Because Thuringia can do more than bratwurst and dumplings. The restaurant is managed by Katrin Kühn and Justine Klapproth . We offer a wine accompaniment to our monthly menus. Anna-Maria Beckert , who is responsible for the selection, mainly serves German wines.
