“We care about honest food” All our burgers are served with a fresh baked bun from our inhouse bakery, topped with mayo, organic ketchup, pickles, regional lettuce, tomato & onions. Our beef is delivered by regional farmers that we know personally and is ground freshly inhouse. Our farmers raise their animals gras fed and without the use of hormones + antibiotics. Fine cuisine, diners and street cultures, that’s what "What’s Beef" is about! Host and art collector Selim Varol has tasted more than 150 burgers from around the globe.
