The Fauststube restaurant in the Hotel zum Löwen in Staufen, was once home to the legendary Doctor Johann Georg Faustus, and today is a gourmet-restaurant. In the centre of the historical old part of town, the chef here welcomes his guests with a fine selection of regional specialities. To add a bit of variety, there is an ever-changing daily menu, seasonal offerings, and last, but not least, the ?Espuma-Menu?.
