This charming restaurant is located in the historic Black Forest building of the famous boutique resort "Parkhotel Adler". This building dates back to 1639. International and local creative dishes are served at a high level. There are also special dishes and equipment for children! The kitchen director is also a spice sommelier. As far as possible, the products are sourced from local suppliers. Large wine list with a high proportion of wines from the own region, famous for the high quality of wine producing. Five different restaurant rooms, each with a different style, are available. Plus a summer terrace. A reservation is kindly required for external guests! Private events for up to 60 people can be organized in an extra room as well as in the location "Pavillon Diva". Other event locations are available on the hotel property.
