The renovated 250 year old farmhouse is located in Kleinstockach, a small mountain village at 1,150 m above sea level, in Tyrol, Austria. The house can accommodate 9-11 people and has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Tiroler Zugspitz-Arena. The farmhouse is ideal for 2-3 families or groups. In the spring, summer and autumn months, the farmhouse is a perfect starting point for numerous hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours and in winter ideal for skiing, cross-country skiing, ski tours or snowshoe hikes. The nearest ski lift is only 2 km (Bergbahnen Berwang) and the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offers more than 110 km of cross-country trails for cross-country skiers. The house is located in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena, at an altitude of 1100m to 3000m. A fabulous skiing and hiking paradise in the immediate vicinity of Berwang, Lermoos and Ehrwald.
