There are many different opinions on the subject of wine and we try to unite them all. Mature wines in particular are difficult to find in our region. Thanks to good contacts, we have succeeded in being able to offer an above-average selection of wines. In our wine cellar with more than 4000 bottles, some of which have been aged for decades, you are sure to find the right one. We work directly with excellent winemakers and will regularly organize wine evenings together. When preparing food, we attach great importance to regionality. A pleasure and taste experience in combination with wine is important to us. The right wine glass for the wine has always been a difficult subject. We opted for a single wine glass for all the wines. The glasses are produced in Hallein and the wines unfold perfectly in the »Gabriel Glass«.
