Hamburg has been chosen as the first location for the MASH restaurant chain’s entry on to the German dining scene. Selected meats from all around the world will be on offer in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant in Hamburg is in a new development on the waterfront (Holzhafen, near the Hamburg Fishmarket) and features a stand-alone bar inspired by the cocktail tradition of the Americas. The ambitious wine program will focus on North American wines while trying to capture the most intriguing wines from around the globe. The wine list from the London branch has already won numerous awards, and the Hamburg list strives for similar acclaim.
