Spend a culinary short break in the "waterkant" and get to know specialities from every corner of the globe. The choice is yours - either let yourself be seduced by our international specialities or discover typical hanseatic dishes in an entirely new way. The panoramic windows with views of the docks and the open show kitchen, as well as the multiple award-winning design of the british star architect David Chipperfield, help create the unique atmosphere of the waterkant. Alongside the regular dishes, there is the much-loved "Kiez" menu, created by the chef and his team. The 3- to 5-course set menus, which the kitchen pieces together entirely from fresh and where possible local ingredients, change monthly.
