Typical for the Dalmatian cuisine in Croatia are the diverse fish specialties of wolfs perch and gold bream over dragon head up to the sole. Apart from grilled fish and a fish soup, seafood can not be missed on the menu by the chef Olaf Ille. But also meat lovers come naturally at their expense, for example with the original Croatian Peka. "The use of natural ingredients such as fresh fish, grilled or cooked meat, olive oil and a touch of garlic ensure that the Dalmatian cuisine is not only delicious, but also light, healthy and up-to-date," explains Ante Karacic owner of Konoba. Croatia is proud of the variety and quality of its wines. The geographical origin of 700 varieties is protected. The most famous wines of Croatia can be found on our wine list. In the "new" Konoba at the Hotel Arts in St.Leon-Rot are also very good drops from the best wine cellars of Spain, Italy and France offered.
