All our dishes will be produced without additives, flavor enhancer etc. The main points of our Philosophy are regional growing, short way of transportation and a guarantee of freshness. Regional kitchen means seasonal kitchen: on your plate you will get what is best in this specific time of the year. Specialties like asparagus, dear or chanterelles will be presented for you on a separate special menu. We pay also attention to the origin of the beverages we offer. For our mineral water and our big vine selection we choose regional products.
