"Museen im Alten Schloss" in Neustadt a.d. Aisch consist of three different kinds of museum. The "Aischgründer Karpfenmuseum" give information about more than 1200 culture of carp-breeding in the area. The "Markgrafenmuseum" depicts the influence of the Hohenzollern-Family on town development as well as duties of the Feldgeschworenen.
