The restaurant Landhaus with South Tyrolean cuisine Small and cozy, the South Tyrolean Landhaus is housed in a former stable building from the 18th century. Its walls are among the oldest witnesses of the Landschloss Fasanerie. In addition to the classic cuisine with “Schlutzkrapfen” and “Risotto” you will find special wines from South Tyrol. Of course, in the regional country house meals of our region are not missing. There is South Tyrolean bacon on Alsatian tarte flambee and that fits wonderfully together. Try it! Enjoy the harmony of regional, down to earth cuisine and a warm and attentive service. After a walk through the Fasaneriewald the country house is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. In winter you can sit comfortably by the roaring fireplace and in summer the terrace attracts with a magnificent view over the baroque gardens of Chifflick.
