The classic Italian? That was once! In addition to pizza and pasta, we offer 100% homemade burgers and the tenderest, juiciest spare ribs that people have ever eaten. With our weekly dish we also make sure that we and our guests never get bored. It is important for us to know what is inside our dishes. That's why we make as much as possible ourselves - from broth powder to french fries to our burger buns. We obtain our meat from our regional butcher of confidence, Bauer Loges, which means we can always trace where our meat comes from. And even beyond that, we try to buy as many of our products as possible locally.
