We, Ichiro and Takako Nakayama, come originally from Osaka (West Japan) which is famous for its tasty cuisine. Our menue offers next to Sushi also Okonomiyaki, which is one of the oldest dishes in Japan and a symbol for Osaka.Typical ingredients in Japanese cuisine are fish, meat, vegetables and seaweed. When preparing our dishes in Restaurant Ayame, we carefully choose high quality ingredients and find the right balance between protein, minerals and vitamins.For more than 40 years, my mother Katsuko Nakayama has been running a famous restaurant in Osaka which is specialized on Okonomiyaki dishes.
