The Angelner Dampfeisenbahn is Germany’s northernmost heritage railway. Get on the historic coaches from Norway and Sweden, hauled by an also Scandinavian steam locomotive. The cozy journey from Kappeln to Süderbrarup passes through the hilly landscape of Angeln. You can also combine the train ride with a ship tour on the Schlei, called Erlebnisrundreise. At some days there is an historic diesel locomotive at the historic train.
