"Unlike in the tower Mountain" is one of the most beautiful places to geni the magnificent views of the city and our region ng - whether through the large picture windows of the newly designed interiors or open air from the spacious terrace. Enjoy with us not only magnificent sunsets, but a variety of regional cuisine, which is a very special taste experience with refined preparation and unusual flavors. This applies to our small regional specialties as well as our great (gourmet) menus. Products from the area have it the way most impressed us during preparation. I got in Karlsruhe with just 24 years to my first Michelin star. That was 2009. I was "Germany's youngest star chef." That's what I'm looking forward to this day. And of course the fact that we always gave the Michelin guide with this star to date again. Meanwhile, we are among the 150 best restaurants in Germany. This is a very special honor and recognition that anew to inspire us every day to provide the best for us - for our guests, for you.
