The Nassauer Hof Hotel is a family run, comfortable and friendly Hotel, in the midst of the UNESCO World Henitage (Upper Middle-Rhine Valley) and practically directly an the Hikers route "Rheinsteig". The Hotel is situated in the centre of St. Goarshausen, only 2 mins. away from the railway station an the landing stage for the day-trip boats. Our house is the ideal starting point for day trips, long or short. The approximately 220 year old house looks back on a changing history. Originally built a staging post for coach & horses, it has been used as a theatre, a cinema, a mustering station for military service. It was also used as a High school and by the French occupation force and as a police station and jail. To day, our house has been completely renovated. The 8 double-rooms are modern, bright & friendly, complete with shower, WC, hair dryer, TV and alarm clock. The "wine house" with regional specialities and wine from the Loreley area, invites you to a relaxing stay. Here you can have an enjoyable evening in pleasant company, sampling the local game and lamb.
