Bambule's Chili is Germany's first street food concept, specializing in chili con carne - interpreted in a cosmoculinary way. Sustainable, delicious and also vegan. Launched in 2018 with just a food truck, the chili ambassadors opened Germany's 1st Chilistube in Cologne's Südstadt district in 2020. A high-quality fast-food restaurant, a snack for connoisseurs. Vegan or with meat from species-appropriate husbandry. Hot or not hot. Classic or fancy. Despite the small menu, there's something for everyone here.
