In the gourmet restaurant, Maximilian Lorenz focuses entirely on local dishes - and develops them into culinary delights. The special feature: To accompany the menus and the individual courses, the team led by restaurant manager Philipp Schüll serves only German wines in the restaurant. In addition to German wines, guests at "heinzhermann" can choose from an international selection of more than 1,200 fine wines. Maximilian Lorenz's credo: "Aromatics that inspire!
