Discover new flavours at the buffet and a variety of exotic fish and meat at our live cooking grill. In the big clay oven our chefs prepare African flat bread that can be topped by yourself with meats, vegetables and dips. Kids enjoy their very own rich buffet! Zambesi offers daily dinner buffets which can be visited by everybody – Guests that do not stay in Hotel Matamba or visit the Phantasialand theme park are welcome, too. Every Sunday Zambesi offers its „Jamboree“ brunch which is a perfect start into a great day: You firstly enjoy our buffet before heading to Phantasialand, which is free of charge for brunch guests!
