Three unique holiday apartments on Lake Constance. The apartments is situated in a historical building, built in 1595. Each apartment has it own distinctive character with original timber frame and painted walls dating back to either the 16th or 19th century. Our apartments are newly furnished in its own industrial style with highlights in shades of blue and green, harmonized with the original paintwork discovered in the house. We are situated 150 meters from the water's edge. Along the lake there are excellent restaurants and children's play & bathing areas. The premium hiking trail starts virtually on our doorstep. Public transport is easily accessible and only a few meters from our house. With the Echt Bodensee Card day trips with the bus & train are free. The beautiful towns of Constance, Überlingen, Meersburg and the world famous Island of Mainau can be reached with a scenic ferry ride from the Sipplingen pier.
