Our cuisine is a fusion of a classic steakhouse with German and French cuisine. We are well known for highest standards of quality and preparation of meat. A good steak can of course be enjoyed pure or simply with our very popular homemade herb butter. But we also like to combine it with the core competence of our German and French cuisine - the tasty sauces! Our specialty are sauces that are freshly prepared, such as hollandaise, sauce béarnaise, pepper sauces and cream sauces. A rich selection of side dishes, including regional ones such as spätzle, rösti and mashed potatoes, complete the meal. If the main course was a pleasure, it should be the espresso afterwards or the dessert as well! We are always happy to recommend homemade desserts such as crème brûlée or apple fritters or a cocktail from our very fine cocktail bar.
