The fine dining restaurant “Ammolite” follows the same image. It has been created by the perfect mix of ambience and atmosphere, variety and high standards. Since November 2014 it also holds two Michelin star as the first theme park restaurant worldwide and a top rating from Gault Millau with 16 out of 20 points! Chef Peter Hagen captures every gourmet’s heart with his international cuisine that doesn’t lose touch with the regional fare. Restaurant manager Marco Gerlach will make sure to suggest the best suitable wine to go with it.
