About

The industrial heritage from 1248 is today working as a organic and regional food store with a restaurant, which is focusing on traditional dishes from the area with a modern twist. We try to use as much as possible regional and organic products. In the summer you can sit in the beautiful yard, with a capacity of ~ 70 seats, in the winter you can sit in our cosy and old Mill, next to the chimney or to our old water pump from the 19th century. In the afternoon we are offering self-backed cakes and original italian coffee handmade with our old coffee machine. During your visit in the restaurant you have the possibility to discover the regional and high-quality products or the old mill with a industrial mill, a stone mill and a modern oil mill.
