Ride the steam train back to the past: On several specific days during the year, the historical museum railway “Rhön-Zügle” with its steam or diesel engines and its traditional carriages is back on the tracks between Mellrichstadt and Fladungen. Relax and enjoy your journey to the past, while taking the 18 km historical train ride through the beautiful landscape of the valley of the Streu river. Don’t miss visiting the old railway station outside the Franconian Open-Air Museum Fladungen.
