Discover. Recall. Experience Discover machines, the marvels of their day! The collection, the only one of its kind in the world, has been growing since 1985 and currently comprises some 1,800 exhibits from around the world. Allow us to inspire you with the capacity for invention, impressive appearance and amazing modes of operation of the different coin-operated machines dating from 1888 to 1977. Recall your first experiences with machines from your past! At any one time, around 200 historic exhibits are presented to visitors here in a permanent exhibition and various changing special exhibitions. As well as providing an insight into their technical development and varied design, they also show the history of coin-operated machines and their social relevance. Experience fascinating machines in operation! From chocolate vending machines to fortune-telling machines, one-armed bandits, jukeboxes, pinball machines, amusement machines with prize or pneumatically operated pianos.
